C.N.E.P. - Sonderblocks

Since we believe that these are not stamps, we do not offer C.N.E.P - special souvenir sheets to our customers. The C.N.E.P - special souvenir sheets (as well as the F.F.A.P - souvenir sheets) are private donation stamps, like for example volonteer legion stamps, but without a similar historical or philatelic interest.

With the exception of Yvert et Tellier, who for years refused to include them in their French catalogue, these issues are completely ignored in the international literature. None of the world's renowned catalogues, such as Michel, Scott or Stanley Gibbons, mention or evaluate them in their editions.
